Known for his practical problem-solving approach, he has developed solutions for industry-wide challenges through his work with leading contractors such as Leed, McConnell Dowell, Diona and Exact Mining Solutions.

Specializing in bridge and roadworks surveying, rail construction surveying, AutoCAD, Trimble Geomatics Office, and 12d Model, Joe collaborates closely with the Accounts Manager to ensure financial oversight, providing detailed reports and budget estimates to shareholders.
