Adelaide Oval Hotel

This $40 million boutique 4.5 star hotel features five stories built on two elevated pods which follow the curve of the eastern stadium stands.  Engineering Surveys was engaged by Wake Constructions who were responsible for the construction of the XLam natural solid wood sustainable engineered building solution.  The laminated timber product was installed similar to concrete precast panels and formed the walls and floor of the new structures.  Engineering Surveys were responsible for the setout of all reference marks which allowed the correct placement of timber panels.
