Engineering Surveys Pty. Ltd. has been closely involved with the construction industry since 1983. Over this period we have accomplished numerous projects in Adelaide and several interstate and overseas. Our prime objective is to provide superior service that is flexible, reliable, precise and practical through our knowledge of surveying, the construction industry and building techniques.

We specialize in all elements of construction and engineering surveying, including:

• Site establishment including building and boundary control
• Initial grid setout for bulk earthworks
• Piling and footing setout
• Setout for holding down bolts, columns, lift over-run pits
• Finished grids on slabs, lift shafts and columns,
• As-built surveys including slab levels, fixings, holding-down bolts, precast dowels and walling, steelwork location and vertical alignments
• Setout of any walling including precast and block-work
• Setout of any tiling or building features
• Unusual concrete surface profiles that require surface verification and setout: Digital Terrain Models (DTMs) can be created and used to great effect with instant setout information during a concrete pour for example.
  Location and as-built of above and under-ground services
• Net-lettable and tenancy area surveys
• Building fascia surveys

All our surveyors are proficient with Autocad and the powerful surveying and civil engineering software, 12d Model.  Our survey teams have on-site laptops and printers and are often able to provide setout drawings immediately after finishing a job in pdf, CAD or hard-copy format.
