266 North Tce

This stunning 36 storey Global Student Accommodation (GSA) building was constructed on the corner of North Tce and Frome Road.  It offers accommodation and services for 725 students across 352 apartments, and includes amenity spaces and a ground floor café. 

The architectural façade consists of 700 structural precast columns which give the building a very distinct look.  At 118.6 metres this building is also the tallest load-bearing precast concrete building in Australia.

Engineering Surveys worked with Synergy and contractors to provide location for all the structural elements of the build including all columns, reference grids and edge forms.
