Tivoli Hotel Redevelopment

The original heritage listed hotel building has been restored and the new tower structure was built over an existing heritage music hall at the rear of the original hotel. The new building footprint is approximately 1000m2 and incorporates Adelaide's first carpark lift. Engineering Surveys was involved in all elements of setout including piling and footings, structural steel and precast.
