SOUTH ROAD ANZAC HIGHWAY UNDERPASS

The new South Road underpass will extend approximately 300 metres either side of Anzac Highway and is being built by construction contractors AdelaideConnect: a joint venture between Thiess Pty Ltd. and Leed Engineering and Construction.  Upgrade at this critical intersection will reduce congestion and improve safety along South Road - Adelaide's busiest and most critical main arterial freight route.  Construction activities started in July 2007 and are scheduled for completion by the end of 2009.  Engineering Surveys currently has 2 full-time survey parties on this essential infrastructure project employing the latest technology in Trimble Robotic Total Stations.
