TIVOLI HOTEL REDEVELOPMENT

The original heritage listed hotel building is to be restored and the new tower structure will be built over an existing heritage music hall at the rear of the original hotel.  The new building footprint is approximately 1000m2 and will incorporate Adelaide’s first carpark lift.  Engineering Surveys is involved in all elements of setout including piling and footings, structural steel and precast.
